TWO DAYS BACK AT SCHOOL IN THE WEEK BEFORE FINALS WEEK AND I FORGOT HOW TO MANAGE MY TIME AND WHAT STUDYING IS FOR AND WHAT I HAVE DUE AND HOW TO USE PROGRAMS AND HAVE LOST ALL MY ENERGY FOR EVERYTHING EVER.

CLEARLY, I EITHER HAVE TO NEVER ENROLL IN SCHOOL EVER AGAIN OR NEVER LEAVE SCHOOL EVER AGAIN.

Recent RP ideas inspired me to finally kit out at least one of my OCs with actual icons. They look...OK. They work for what I need them for, at least.

Thanksgiving was fun! My aunt came down and we took picture for the passport she wants to give me and we ate far too much! But goddammit I don't want my Thanksgiving break to end! Because after Thanksgiving comes the end of the school year and boy do I not want to go back. It's bad enough that I have to go to work tomorrow, which is going to be SUCKY busy with the holiday closure and work-study people gone.

Oh well, I'll just go and complain the whole time, which is my favorite thing to do at work.

So, I won a debate in International Relations today. This, however, was an astoundingly hollow victory as I was going up against the class conspiracy theorist, and not a single soul in there takes him seriously. Meanwhile, I keep quiet in that class, giving me an air that I'm far smarter than I actually am. (Really, I just never have anything important to contribute.)

Right now, I'm just waiting for the printing place to give me a call. After that, I think all my major assignments will be done until Thanksgiving break! For now, I am just going to go get some lunch. I am craving a meatball sub. But first...

1. Well, my mom says we're going up to Denver to watch the Christmas Parade. We haven't done that since I was a kid! How nostalgic!
2. I thought my graphic design project was due Thursday but it's due next TUESDAY! PHEWx1000
3. On that note, I am getting good grades in all my classes.
4. I am actually getting enough sleep this week. AND I found all my warm pajamas!
5. My allergies have not been very active this fall.
6. The weather's been nice and cool without being cold.
7. I found a faster way to drive to school that avoids the scary traffic from the usual route.
8. My mother's birthday is coming, and I already have my gift all ready. (She's easy to shop for. She just tells you what she wants you to get her and she's happy.)
9. My sister finally gave me back my copy of Scribblenauts.
10. I have a few months to step up my game at work before the employee evaluations start.

Maybe that last one doesn't exactly count, but OH WELL.

I had too much caffeine today I guess. I dunno how anyone drinks energy drinks to have energy. I just get kind of sleepy and can't concentrate to get anything done. Like always, but still.

Good: I seem to be losing weight.

Bad: It's because I've been skipping more lunches then I eat. I just haven't had much appetite, mostly out of stress. And as nice as having loose waistbands on my jeans is, I'm pretty sure there are healthier ways to lose weight.

SO! If Rifftrax is Mystery Science Theater 2.0 then the Film Crew is Mystery Science Theatre 3000 1.5. I'm putting these up because I know there are some MST3K fans on my f-list, and that most people wouldn't have heard of them. These are really very awesome and also the reason I didn't go to bed early like I planned.

I get to be tired tomorrow, but it is VERY worth it.

Wow. There's enough snow on the ground to close the schools in Fort Collins.

Take it from me, this is very shocking, as normally we could be in another ice age, complete with woolly mammoths strolling down College and they still wouldn't consider that enough snow to close the schools in Fort Collins.

Note, however, that it is only the high schools that are closed. The colleges have not contacted us about any closures.

That means that my sister gets to sleep in while I'm out driving in the shit. FML.

I just hope the library closes, or I'm driving in the shit at night. FML, again.

ETA: OK, never mind. That crap is way too awful to drive in. So, uh, ASK ME ABOUT MY CHARACTER'S CELL PHONES. Or something.

Augh, I knew I shouldn't taken candy from...my dad. He gave me some sort of old timey caramel thing that he used to like as a kid. Now, I have 31 and a half teeth, where I broke one of my fronts as a kid. It's not hard to see where; I have a cap on it that's a different color then the rest of my choppers. I've had it for a little less then a decade with no incident.

Anyway, I figured that sense the caramel was soft, I'd just bite it off the stick, roll it into a ball, and suck on it for a while. Which is when the candy waged an ALL OUT ASSULT, grabbing onto the back of the cap and SNAPPING PART OF IT OFF. Now there's this little ledge, not entirely unlike a outcropping on a cliff face, where however many generations of bacteria trapped behind the cap can bungie-jump off of.

Fuck, I hope I can get to the dentist soon. I'm scared that I'll be eating lunch and just rip the whole stupid thing off.

I'm...gonna skip class today and play catch-up for a while. Got chores and work for another class and birthday presents to buy and tags to do. That'll be good.

Well, it is.

Maybe if I pretend I love not having any idea what the instructor's talking about, I might start enjoying my online classes!

...Maybe not. Lesson learned, I guess. Lesson being, online classes have no substance to grab hold of for me and no matter how many resources I have for them, without actual classes and lectures, I'm still going to feel like I'm floating randomly with nothing to anchor me to anything. Which is not a fun way to have a class.

ON THE OTHER HAND: People are telling me I'm good at discribing things! Hee! That makes me happy!

That was a great break.

I went up to a cabin in the YMCA and spent the whole time reading Wee Free Men cover-to-cover in front of a fire. Sounds silly, but I feel so much better then I have in weeks. Even though I'm still sleepy, but maybe I'm just one of those people who's perpetually sleepy no matter how much sleep I actually get. Go figure.

I could've used another day, though. Oh well
